AT&T networks may be affected from 12:00 AM ET on 1/22/2019 until 1:00 AM ET on 01/22/2019

NOTES:
The “attwifi” network will continue to be broadcast, but the splash page and internet connectivity may not work as expected.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
As a result of electrical upgrades in the Telecommunications Building at University Park, AT&T’s network equipment must be moved to a new power source. The actual service interruption is expected to last about 5 minutes.

Maintenance will take place at 5:00 AM ET on 1/21/19 until 7:00 AM ET on 1/21/19

NOTES:
If a user is connected to Penn State services before the restart, they may need to refresh their connection to the service.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Maintenance will include increasing several of the settings and restarting the load balancers. Since they are a redundant pair, there should be no outage. If the user has an established connection before restart, they will have to reconnect. Any new connections will move over automatically to the backup load balancer.
