By Trouble Ticket:
Only employees have access to submit a Trouble Ticket.
All emails directed to the AAIT Helpdesk must come from a Penn State email.
- You may send us an email at email@example.com which will transform your issue into a trouble ticket automatically. An IT support staff will then contact you pertaining to your issue.
- For non related trouble ticket issues you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Request Server Resources: You can use the Request for Network Services (RNS) form on FootPrints to request creation of shares, adding people to shares or databases you are in charge of, etc.
