Only employees have access to submit a Trouble Ticket.

All emails directed to the AAIT Helpdesk must come from a Penn State email. 

- You may send us an email at which will transform your issue into a trouble ticket automatically. An IT support staff will then contact you pertaining to your issue. 

- For non related trouble ticket issues you may send us an email at

Request Server Resources:  You can use the Request for Network Services (RNS) form on FootPrints to request creation of shares, adding people to shares or databases you are in charge of, etc.

Response cannot be guaranteed after hours, but please leave a voicemail, and someone will follow up depending on availability.
